2020 was the year of diversity, perseverance and adaptability. Nobody could have predicted what happened in 2020. Our business was down because of a pandemic. We countered with Zoom meetings and presentations, email touches and phones calls, and we survived this crazy year! Honestly, I have never been happier to utter the phrase, “It was 2020.”

Working our PPLSI business for more than 12 years, we now are embracing the new way of doing business. Adaptive new strategies put forward by PPLSI corporate leadership team has been remarkable and innovative. Helping team members has never been more challenging. Rewards are there for those who make the commitment to be successful and power through diversity. Shield Nation leadership has also stepped up and supported all their team with true leadership.
