I’ve been in information technology for 30 years, working as a system administrator at a global security and aerospace company, system engineer at a television channel, help desk manager at an information technology services company, senior manager at internet service provider company and a production support manager at a television and media broadcasting company. I was working hard to move up the corporate ladder while working in IT operations on call 24/7. I was working hard, but I was watching from the sideline as my husband ran his PPLSI business.

My late husband, David Quincy, was the original PPLSI Associate on the agreement, but he passed away suddenly on March 24, 2014. I was now a single mom with two kids, working full time, and I had no plans for what was to happen next. It took about three months before I made a decision to step into shoes that I knew couldn’t be filled. However, I made a decision after attending a Group Training class, crying that I had to continue what David started.

I work my PPLSI business while still working full time. I’m grateful that I didn’t let fear keep me in a place of complacency. I spent years trying to climb the corporate ladder and never going beyond the title of a manager. This business has taken on a new role for me, helping people just like me: single moms, widows and employees. I laugh when I hear people say, “I don’t do sales.” Well, me neither!

My next goal is to earn the $200,000 Ring, and I know the possibilities are endless while working my business. I’ve met some amazing people who challenge me. Personal development has helped me become better than my best. I’m able to travel to places I’d never gone before and earn income I could have never made before. Thank you, PPLSI.
