Prior to PPLSI, Emilee and I were busy being parents and entrepreneurs! I was working 14-hour days, six days a week in the mortgage and real estate industry, and Emilee was a mother and business partner. I was commuting two-and-a-half hours a day on the nasty 91 freeway. We had great income; everything was going well, other than the fact that I never saw my beautiful wife or my daughter, Belle.

On a Monday morning, my coworkers and I were all called in for an emergency conference call. Little did we know what was about to happen. Within two minutes, 20,000 of us got laid off! Having an employee mind-set and never saving a dime, we found ourselves hitting rock bottom, completely broke and about to lose everything. One Saturday afternoon, we were at a pool party. My daughter was swimming, and my mother-in-law’s friend said, “Branden and Emilee, I’m working on a business project. It may or may not be for you, but will you at least support me and give me your opinion?”

She then proceeded to hit the POWER and PLAY buttons in order to show me a video. We got started, attended our team event and committed to one briefing a week, one training a week and two exposures a day. Eleven months later, we hit the Executive Director level, and within about three years, we became $100,000 Ring Earners and are now Millionaire Club Members. We are now able to bless others with our incredible product and opportunity, not only to change their lives but to also give them equal access to the justice system. Thanks to God and Harland and Shirley Stonecipher, we now see a light at the end of the tunnel. Because of this amazing opportunity, Em and I have been stay-at-home parents for the past 13 years, spending quality time with our two daughters, Belle and Jazzmine. We purchased a home on a five-acre ranch in Southern California and fulfilled our goals of having horses and a swimming pool. We also enjoy traveling. Lastly, I am a five-year colon cancer survivor, and because of passive income and building leaders, our family didn’t miss a beat with our income.
